Within Financial Services, George has experience in the end-to-end customer lifecycle - using analytics to drive product design and pricing, sales and marketing effectiveness, risk optimisation, operations and distribution.
Deep Thomas is a Global business leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering sustained increasing profitability through business transformation leveraging novel processes, information and Digital capabilities, Advanced analytics, and Big data solutions.
Deep is currently the CEO of Tata Insights and Quants, a Big Data company that is incubated as the Tata Groups’ Analytics and Data powerhouse. Prior to joining Tata Group, Deep led Citigroup’s Global Decision Management Centre of Excellence for its Global Retail Banking and Consumer Finance Business. He has also held various leadership positions with HSBC and American Express in India and US, respectively, where he led high performing large-scale multi-site advanced analytics, direct marketing, and risk management functions.
Deep is Computer Science Engineer with an MS (Information Systems) and MBA (Marketing) from Arizona State University. He also holds several patents in Decision Science and Information Capabilities.
Currently, Arif leads CVM Analytics and Insights at Indosat Ooredoo as Division Head, a team responsible to drive and support any customer value management programs and initiatives in Indonesia’s leading digital telco company as part of worldwide telco empire, Qatar’s Ooredoo Group - a leading telco company spanning from Middle East, North Africa, to Southeast Asia.
Beforehand, he was CRM Modeling & Segmentation Manager for AXIS Telekom Indonesia (AXIS) that is now being acquired by XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL). AXIS was GSM provider with fastest growth in Indonesia's telco business history.
Currently leading the Regional Strategic Initiatives, Regional Reporting and Regional Modeling/Analytics teams in the Business Analytics department of the Consumer Banking Group. Focused on making meaning from the wealth of internal and external data accessible to the consumer bank to provide an always on, easily accessible, deeply contextual and engaging banking experience to our customers.
Wipaporn is currently an Executive Director, Head of Portfolio and Regulatory Management at United Overseas Bank (UOB) Thailand. In this role, she oversees the portfolio analytics and model management, including credit scorecard, Basel models and marketing models, to optimize risk adjusted returns on capital for retail and small SME portfolios.
Wipaporn has 17 years of experience in Retail Banking working for leading financial institutions such as GE Money and Standard Chartered. Prior roles include Heading of Retail Lending Credit at Standard Chartered and Head of Risk Analytics and Risk Technology at GE Money.
Wipaporn holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Isaac Wong is the Principal Data Scientist for the Analytics & Data Management (A&DM) practice of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Asia, helping clients generate actionable insights from business intelligence, analytics and big data technologies. He has a focus on customer analytics for travel business, financial services, telecommunications and wagering business and expertise on segmentation, prediction model, and graph analytics. With more than 18 years’ analytics experience as in house analytic practitioner, driving analytic initiatives for pricing, marketing, sales management and CRM in different organizations, prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in 2015, he worked for Expedia Inc., HSBC, PCCW and HK Jockey Club, with regional responsibilities in EMEA, AMER and APAC.
Isaac studied marketing and psychology in the CUHK and holds a master’s degree in statistics from HKU.
